Ingredients:
1/2 gallon apple juice
1 gallon apple cider
6 cinnamon sticks
2 cups sugar
750 ml Everclear alcohol (or vodka if necessary)
Directions:
Combine the first four ingredients in a large pan.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasional to dissolve sugar completely.

Let cool completely (about 6 hours).

Add Everclear (or vodka, if necessary).
Stir to mix well.
